This hotel was truly centrally located and the staff members in the reception were available at all the time. The beds have been comfortable and the people in the hotel had been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Really nice hotel and great location. I Absolutely endorse Novotel Kraków Centrum!

I have stayed for 3 nights with my fiance. Beds were being big enough and the space was always clean up. The personnel have been pretty handy and welcoming and always took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are spacious as well as the closet. Bathroom was clean plus the shower was great. Not an exceptionally social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.
